$(USD)40 for commercial use. The commercial license also allows server usage.
Usage of this product in an commercial environment (company, government, etc.)

* You will not try to disable the license mechanism or distribute a 'hacked' 
version of PStill without license code.

* You do not gain ownership of the PStill software. PStill is licensed not 
sold. All rights remain with the author. When you register will receive the 
limited right to use PStill for the purpose of conversion of suitable input 
files to PDF.

* You must keep the PStill license key or the licensed version secret. 
You must take proper percautions not to reveal your key to others.
  
* PStill must not be bundled with any other product without written consent

* An unlicensed PStill must not be used in any production environment or for 
any commercial purpose nor may it be bundled with any commercial software 
package or distributed for money on media or the internet. Only the 
distribution of the unchanged PStill package free of charge is permitted 
provided no 'consulting fee' or 'download costs' are charged.

* You are alone responsible for any copyright violations the inclusion of 
fonts in generated pdf files might inflict. please read your font license 
agreement before distributing such pdfs files or use such fonts.

* You are using PStill entirely at your own risk:

all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, in no event shall Frank 
Siegert be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any
